The stay was generally comfortable with staff being very helpful and efficient. Environment was comfortable and breakfast buffet spread was good despite us being vegetarians. The baked goods were of high quality and the dinner ala carte room service food was quick to deliver and most importantly, delicious. The staff were very proactive to provide efficient and prompt help. An example is 毕先生who came very quickly to aid us when requested. The hotel uses Aesop products which was of high quality which was surprising. Overall the curated experience was great and the concierge staff were very organized, proactive and efficient in providing extra services like booking attraction tickets and manage taobao deliveries on our behalf. In addition, the hotel is located close to most of the big attractions which provided a lot of convenience. Strongly recommended to consider this hotel in your next visit to Beijing.

The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. But what truly stood out was the quality of the food. The chef is incredibly talented, and each dish was a masterpiece. From the presentation to the flavors, everything was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every course, and the culinary experience alone made my stay even more memorable.

Luxurious and cool hotel with a laid back and cosy feeling. Very attentive staff, some of the with great English. Great breakfast buffet with some a la carte options. Situated centrally in Beijing in an area with some old buildings (the hotel also has Hutong suites even though we didn’t stay there). Decent size indoor pool and a good spa. We didn’t use the underground, but there was a metro/underground station a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
